Ireland is one of my favorite places in the world. Have been in the west mostly. Dingle was especially nice. Ireland is where they speak my favorite language, well, unless one travels to Cork. The people are warm and wonderful and the craic is good! I'm coming back. Anyone, anyone? Next time, Northern Ireland???? Welcome Mike! ~Janis Zip, let's go! We're headed for Dublin in August.

Stay out of the train stations..... What if you need to catch a train? That could make things tricky.

MikeWhite wrote: Hi y'all Nice to be joining the RP family! :) Can't believe I'm/we're coming to the party so late! Anyhoo, look forward to chatting to everyone/anyone on anything. For anyone who's never visited Northern Ireland, or who hasn't visited in a long time.... do come visit us again soon. The vibe is vibrant, you'd barely recognise Belfast and the whole province is a lot more chilled out than it ever was. If anyone is visiting and has any questions, please don't hesitate to give me a shout and you'll find www.tripadvisor.com a great resource of things to do and places to stay. Forget all the negative stuff you've ever heard about Northern Ireland in the past....... if you're visiting our neighbours in the Republic of Ireland or other parts of the United Kingdom, you really ought to make time to come visit. You'll be very pleasantly surprised! :) Mike Hello Mike White, Why, what a coincidence. I was just looking at my airline miles with United and see Air Lingus is one of their partners. Also, lived in the lower forty eight and picked up some dubious vocal mannerisms...yeh, like y'all yeah? The word y'all isn't dubious; it's the contraction of "you all." There's no shame in using it, unless you're addressing only one person, in which case it's wrong. Its misuse is common (and telling) among those who aren't from the south. Your use was valid. :)
