You look at your hands and think they are fine... then take a picture of your hands and look at that !!! When was my great-great-grandmother holding that mug?

My Dad was a Dentist in the Navy. Once told me "kid, lots of people have different health and health problems - may live forever without a big ailment. However, Your teeth, your teeth will ALWAYS get you in the end."
Yip - I tell my sons all the time; teeth and eyes- look after them. I never thought I would be the bloke encouraging his grown kids to floss every day..........but there it is!

Yeah, been thinking about you during my recovery. Not much farther along. I just added spaghetti to the mix and been doing breaded cod fillets and well done broccoli for a little while. Finally figuring out how to bite into something. High protein Boost is still number one. What has been good though is that I can now have chocolate and fudge without jumping through the roof in pain ! Come July if the healing is far enough along I might be ready for my finals. Hang tough, friendo. It will get better. Promise.
... you get hungry enough to put your teeth in ...
I had most of my teeth pulled. I've been waiting since Sept. to get my new ones made and I finally got them... but I can't talk or eat with them in. A total waste of time - driving 125 miles twice a month for nothing. Stupid freaking medi-cal quality garbage. I guess I'll live the rest of my life eating oatmeal and yogurt. And hobo tapioca...
