Well, come on, let's go, let's go, let's go, little darlin'
Tell me that you'll never leave me
Come on, come on, let's go again
And again and again

Well, now swing me, swing me
Swing me way down there, darling
Come on, let's go, little darling
Let's go, let's go again once more

Well, I love you so, yeah
And I'll never let you go
Come on, baby, soon
Oh pretty baby, I love you so

Well, let's go, let's go
Let's go little sweetheart
And then we can always be together
Come on, come on, let's go again
Let's go

I love you so, yeah
And I'll never let you go
Come on, baby, soon
Oh pretty baby, I love you so

Well, let's go, let's go, let's go, little darling
Tell me that you'll never leave me
Come on, come on, let's go again
And again and again

Come on, let's go and do it again
And again and again and again
And again and again and again
Come on, let's go and do it again

I like this song, I am rating it a 9, however I am rating Buddy Holly a 8.9999 and this a .0001, splitting the vote.

I think this was Ritchie Valens, not Buddy Holly.

Thanks, this is the first song I ever heard from Los Lobos, which was on their EP before the 1st album.  I was hooked.

Same here - they are a treasure.
A bunch of Mexicans from East LA and we're all richer for it.

Got nothing on Ritchie Valens. When I was a kid my sister and I used to listen to our parent's 45's, and that was one of them.
this is a first for me, I have never heard anything from their EP before today
Thanx RP
The only USA band I know of that can pull off authentic mariachi folk music and heavy rock and roll.

Same here!  This is a recording of that EP on vinyl.  :-)

I guess I stand corrected, as this is the leadoff track on side 2 of "And a Time to Dance".  "Let's Say Goodnight" is the first cut on side 1.  So that is officially the first track I ever heard from LL (as I was not hanging out in east L.A. in the VERY early eighties!).

"Let's Say Goodnight" is also on RP's roster of songs, but it has yet to be played.  Can you get that one up and going as well?

With the way digital technology is going, we will be able to hear Buddy himself sing this song soon—accompanied by an HD video.
Zeros and ones will make sure we not fade away.
Yeay :)
Good, simple, honest music.
This is their own arrangement - they handled the bridge very well, I think.

My upload, by the way.  {#Smile}

Style points for the Buddy Holly sound,
7 is the best i can do..............

Seeing that scene in "La Bamba" where Ritchie is doing multiple takes on this track... great song/movie.
