This happens for me occasionally on the Main Mix, but *really* frequently on My Favourites:
The"Displayed" song / lyrics etc are completely different to whats actually playing.

First noticed it about a month or so ago, its now to the point where maybe 20% of songs are wrong?
When listening to 'My Favourites' all are on my favourties list tho.

Simultaneously, have noted some songs (esp. when wrong) only play about 1/2 way through, then change to a different song - and the new song always matched that displayed.
Possible database issue as something gets re-synced?

This happens on 2 computers, using Slimbrowser (Firefox fork) on one, and Chrome on the other.

playing my favorites & the song listed playing is 'man of constant sorrow' by the soggy bottom boys, but a booker t song is playing out my speakers
next song is fine ('dreadlock holiday' by 10cc)
...ha. ok, 7 songs later bob dylan's hurricane shows up, but some tool song is playing (vicarious)

In the US, (at work's wonky network) on Win Edge no Low or Medium, but High works

Same here for about last 5 days. I get RP over WiFi fine, but on mobile network only RP promo - I see the graphic for the track, but it doesn’t play. Thanks for helping.

Same here in the Netherlands, iOS 18.2 RP app 8.3.0. I'm using cellular data. Works fine with website, but the app keeps quiet.

Happens across both of our Mobile companies ( Telstra and Optus )
Happens on 2 different iPhones ( 6s+ IOS 15.8  and Xr IOS 18.2 )  both running the RP app

Works fine on ADSL (FTTN)  internet at home.  ( fibre to the node, then copper to the house ) Firefox and Opera

I contacted my mobile provider and they had less than a clue.  
I asked the operator if she could elevate it to their tech department, but it will not be a problem with them.  It is obviously further upstream than the mobile companies.

2 Jan 25 RP not playing song after announcement. IOS 18.2 on Kangaroo Island. 

1st Jan 2025 Radio Paradise not working here in the UK via mobile data (certainly using EE mobile data). Other users have reported similar issues.. Seems OK via WiFi.

whoops, I misspoke. Seems to work on Firefox. Problems on iOS and Safari. 

I’m not getting any music anymore. I get the channel announcement (You’re listening to the..,part, plus the foreign language part that follows that) and then nothing. If I refresh, it starts with the announcement again and then nothing (again). Happens on Firefox browser and on iOS app on my phone. Wahhhhh!

Dunno if its just here but I get the songs interrupted (song begins to play and then it just skips to the next one)every now and then.This happens both in my favorites(every song gets cut off after 2min or so!) and in main mix too(every 3-4 songs)

There's weird happenings at the favorites tab. I get a wrong song playing and it cuts off at the time the song indicated does. For example the indication was a Neil Halstead song, but it played Jesse Colin Young Song for Julie and it cut off before he started to sing. :O)

How 'bout a date range selection?  One might want to hear only recently released tunes for a while...or oldies...or nostalgia for a certain decade.  Release date is available in the database.
Would be especially useful in MyMix to select a rating and a date range.

Attention RP Android app wizards!

Please check the RP App for Android thread. There seems to be a rash of "Error Retrieving Cache Block" offline downloading issues - specifically with the My Favorites Mix channel.

Help please!
