I've been holding on to this bottle conditioned beer for the last 10 years. Best before date: Dec 2025. Time to crack it open. Later today, as it's in the fridge cooling off. Hope it don't taste rank.

My neighbor works for their corporate organization and seems to really like it. They purchased La Colombe coffee in Philly in December... and so far it seems like BAU. I think they are quality driven.
