Hi, I want to support RP but have the following question: What is the most efficient way to send you money from Europe (or any other non-US or non-$ state)?
At least for PayPal, there is a min. transaction fee (additionally to the currency conversion fee etc.) that makes it unfeasible to arrange little monthly payments. The credit card situation is unclear to me.

The transaction fee is 30¢ plus 2.9%, which is pretty typical but on the high side for most credit card transactions. RP might have negotiated a better rate, maybe 1.5% with their credit card service which would add up to real money on his end but there will still be a transaction fee as well, maybe 10¢, so figure a $10 payment would cost RP 59¢ via PayPal, vs 25¢ with a good credit card processor. So you could save RP 34¢ per payment if you used an actual credit card but there are a lot of "ifs" in this equation.
I don't want to put RP's money where my mouth is, but if I were RP I'd say "do whatever is easiest for you" because it will cost a lot more if you worry too much and wind up not sending anything. ;-)
