The soft opening last night did what soft openings are supposed to do: revealed a few
glitches - such as a malfunctioning grill hood - while mostly family and friends are
dining. So there are a couple minor things to sort out but it promises to be a great
drinking and dining destination for tourists as well as the community.

Yesterday I changed my garmin's voice to Kate the English Lady. But now the stupid thing
doesn't tell me street names anymore. just TURN RIGHT IN 800 FEET. It used to say
TURN RIGHT ONTO PARK PRESIDIO IN 800 FEET etc.  Anyway...

It almost was a russian dash cam wreck - my jeep always get real squirrelly coming down
the other side of the watchamacallit grade there. Waldo. The Waldo grade, I think. But on
the Marin side.
