left temple headache that comes and goes over the past few days.  Extremely painful when it is here, but otherwise I forget about it until it shows up again.  I've also been having trouble waking up in the mornings again, but I'm falling asleep 8-9ish.  Nauseous with (TMI) bowels.

do not want to jinx myself, but I've made it through the year without having to go to the ER for kidney stones. (gone every fours years for the past 16).

But I'm getting that achy back that comes and goes.  Drinking massive amounts of water to push whatever is in there out...
