Okay, so I just got my copy of Adobe Creative Suite 5.5 Design Standard, and it is for Windows only. This was a fantastic deal, only $300 for the $1299 version, because it is the "educational" version, which means nothing, same full version. I am willing to sell this to whoever wants it for this price. If you are interested - Windows only - pm me.

I actually did some artwork for this guy and his "Panda Power" property!!! Back in 1999 I saw a flyer he posted at my college, saying he was looking for designers, illustrators, etc. So I met with him where he showed me dozens of ideas for children's programming. He said he's gotten frustrated finding a true designer to help him bring some of these properties to life and showed me some examples — all these other "designers" gave him was a background with a Photoshop texture applied to it. When "Kung Fu Panda" came out, I assumed he finally made it big...he emailed me saying "Can you believe they stole this from me? I can't help but think how similar the scenes from this movie are to the artwork you created for me" and that he was going to contact a lawyer.

I'd love to share the jpg of that image but don't think that would be wise considering there's a lawsuit going on. I wonder if I'm gonna be asked to testify...?
