I've had a hard time trying to figure out just what FB can do for me, and what it can do TO me. Sure, it might connect me with people that I know now, and people that I used to know, but do I really want the people that I know now connecting with the people that I used to know? I really don't but the there is no way of separating them. I don't know...

Sounds like plenty of calisthenics are in your future...
