No kidding. {#Eek} I've never seen the show, but always sort of assumed that they paid for the house, too. Wow. Bet the TV cameras were nowhere near there when the For Sale sign went up.

my condo would have been sold last august, if FHA would have given a loan to the potential buyer.

 
Maybe this is an indication that it is not in your best interest to sell at this time.  Go with the kelp and a better opportunity will present itself.

I believe the vaporizer is a good choice compared to the alternatives!  I cannot tax my liver, and the cost of the vaporizer will be absorbed by the savings realized.  The prescribed medications are expensive!!  I am working with my doc though and we will see if it will work.  If not, then I will do what I have to do.

that FHA is considering dropping their rule about refusing to give loans to people who want to buy properties that are in associations which hold a "right of first refusal" clause, like mine. (phew...long sentence!)

my condo would have been sold last august, if FHA would have given a loan to the potential buyer.
