Have you ever made one with peppers? I just finished roasting a red and yellow pepper for a dish, but the yellow ones have a definite peach essence to them after roasting, Every time I do this I think of making a pie or bread with them.

It has the disadvantage of requiring you to be able to spell (something many of us nerds find challenging) but on the plus side by the time you take it out to seven or eight places you start to remember you have better things to do than computations with eight digit numbers.
