Don't know where you're going
Used to be a star
And everywhere you turn
They're raining on your fire
You're searching for an answer
Your hands and tongue are tied
And everything that you thought you knew
Is buried deep alive
You could take tomorrow
If you wanna
You should take tomorrow
But you gotta wanna
You think you've got it all
The writing is on the wall
You're praying to your Lord
Searching for your soul
Cause you just need to know
The emptiness will go
In a moment
I'm looking in the mirror
I'm talking to myself
Stare at my reflection
And I look like someone else
Ask myself a question
And I face another day
So I look myself out in the eyes
And I tell myself again
You could take tomorrow (all your life live in the moment x 2)
If you wanna (all your life live in the moment x 2)
You should take tomorrow (all your life live in the moment x 2)
But you gotta wanna (all your life live in the moment x 2)
You think you've got it all
The writing is on the wall
You're praying to your Lord
Searching for your soul
Cause you just need to know
The emptiness will go
In a moment
You think you're going to fall
Afraid you'll lose it all
You're praying to your God
Thanking for your love
And you just need to know
The hope is going to flow
In a moment
You think you've got it all
The writing is on the wall
You're praying to your Lord
Searching for your soul
Cause you just need to know
The emptiness will go
In a moment
You think you know it all
(Time is on your side)
Praying to your Lord
(Time will heal your mind)
Your think you're going to fall
(Then you'll learn to fly)
Time is on your side
Time will heal your mind
Then you'll learn to fly
Used to be a star
And everywhere you turn

one of my favorite songs on RP....
Sorry — I like the original version MUCH better than this remix...

Love this song. Love this remix version, but can't get the remix on iTunes. Where does one obtain this remix?

VGood, I dig the 'Phonics.
Love this song. Love this remix version, but can't get the remix on iTunes. Where does one obtain this remix?
Depeche in dark. Reminds me of 80's and 90's dark wave parties, perfect for shoegazing.
I am liking this remix a lot as the original tune was quite dreary and seemed to drone on...the speeding up on the tune is a nice change...
Wow. Just hooked up my Bose speakers and this sounds absolutely amazing. Resisting. Urge. To. Turn. Up. Loud. Wake. Neighbourhood.
Sounds of Syntax?
too much melancholic, sad, depressive music on RP!

I'm sure I've heard some Stereophonics, but I don't know them at all.
After reading the comments, I went to listen to the original. Boy is it dark, and the video makes it a hundred times worse...
I do admit I think I like the remix a lot. Maybe because it's taking the edge off of that suicidal track...

Very nice!

Ditto. I like it, even if I'm not sure if I've heard the original or not. It seems that that is important to consider: If a tune can stand on its own, then it must be OK, right?
I like it and did think it was Moby!

Feels like the original music is struggling for dear life to break through the remix-software.
great sounds
Like or hate it. I like
Volume set to the max. Sub is in overdrive. Fandabidozy
I now understand the need for PSD
Never heard this before and I am freeeeekin lovin it
I like remixes...
I'm only commenting because I read so many negative reviews. I have never listened to this band, but I like this track a lot. It caught my attention enough to want to read the comments and listen to more of the band. Perhaps if I listen to the original I will like it even more than the remix, but that doesn't detract from the quality of the remix.

OKAY THAT'S ENOUGH!!! PLEASE NEVER PLAY AGAÄ°N THÄ°S AWFUL REMÄ°X PLEASE!!! REALLY BAD SOUND AND BAD WORK!!!!
Reminds me of a Soprano's style of music - I like
Without wishing to be negative - really awful!
So they've boiled it down to all the mechanical, repetitive elements, with a nice, muddy bass line. I don't get it.

I like the Stereophonics, but this is shit!
I really like the original version of this.
This version, not at all.

I can't stand remixes like this - all they've done is remove any of the variation/interest from the original track and replaced it with annoying loops. And a Christmas-y jingle bells noise. And I quite liked the original version too!

Hadn't heard that before, are you maybe confusing Richey Edwards from the Manic Street Preachers?

Really moody even for these guys. I remember reading that a band member died. Not sure how long ago. Maybe this is part of their grieving process.

2, only because it's a remix of a great Stereophonics song. Don't spoil great songs!
Update: nope, sorry, I was wrong, If I could, I'd give -Eternity to this as they've spoiled a great song with their curly hands.

great sonic segue from the doves...
Very cool. Mobyish but with more of an aggressive edge.

This does not seem to be the version from the Album. It sounds like a remix.

I really kind of like remixes, so long as it doesn't get like Frankie goes to Hollywood and I can't even remember which mix was the first one. Keeps a song interesting, usually....except for Frankie...
