She was more like a beauty queen from a movie scene
I said don't mind, but what do you mean I am the one
Who will dance on the floor in the round
She said I am the one, who will dance on the floor in the round

She told me her name was Billie Jean, as she caused a scene
Then every head turned with eyes that dreamed of being the one
Who will dance on the floor in the round

People always told me be careful of what you do
And don't go around breaking young girls' hearts
And mother always told me be careful of who you love
And be careful of what you do 'cause the lie becomes the truth

Billie Jean is not my lover
She's just a girl who claims that I am the one
But the kid is not my son
She says I am the one, but the kid is not my son

For forty days and for forty nights
The law was on her side
But who can stand when she's in demand
Her schemes and plans
'Cause we danced on the floor in the round
So take my strong advice, just remember to always think twice
(Do think twice)

She told my baby we'd danced till three, then she looked at me
Then showed a photo my baby cried his eyes were like mine (oh, no!)
'Cause we danced on the floor in the round, baby

People always told me be careful of what you do
And don't go around breaking young girls' hearts
She came and stood right by me
Then the smell of sweet perfume
This happened much too soon
She called me to her room

Billie Jean is not my lover
She's just a girl who claims that I am the one
But the kid is not my son

Billie Jean is not my lover
She's just a girl who claims that I am the one

I drop a it a notch each time it comes on. Now at 3. One of those novelty songs that bears listening to just once perhaps?

funny, i like it. Quite original
not going to rate it but

In the realm of all the worlds songs, this is one of them.

But how did the appendectomy go?
Not funny, not silly, not smart...
Pointlessssssssss
LOL!
Interesting version.  Chris Cornell's version is the best by far.  You should give it a listen.
Like that Greek guy's audition version for the Voice Greece better.
After hearing this, I really do miss M. Jackson's  music  and
appreciate the talent he did have...

Aversion therapy at its best.

If this got played once a year or two, that'd be alright. Once a month? No goddammit, just NO.

My rating initially (3) was too harsh.
Bumping to a 5.
Oh my...
Okay, this is pretty silly. Fun, but I'm pretty sure I couldn't take a whole show of it.
c.
My grand daughters like it and Pump up the Jam too! They have great taste in music which they get from me. This is fun Music - have we forgotten that important genre?
Aww, c'mon guys, lighten up.  This is fun!  (A commodity that's in short supply these days.) Trust a bunch of crazy Canucks to bring a bit of humour to the party
An exxxxxxtreme sh*t... {#Stop}
Oh, this is brilliant!
I wonder where their fingers got lost?
Lesson:

Use a condom
Nope...just nope!
Funny to me! Like it also.
I like the original.  I own a copy, and have heard it many times.

Like this version too.  Easily see it as a well produced parody.  They look the part.
I actually prefer this to the original. Guess that shows how much I like the original.
Wheeee!

It is hard for me to see this as an improvement over anything.
Different spin on the song but I actually find it positively refreshing :)|
so thoroughly bad :(
I legit had to stop mid-way through my patient's appointment, apologize profusely for subjecting him to this sacrilege, and click "next." He was forever grateful.
I was wondering and then you said
"A group from Quebec" and everything made sense.
An import I can do without.

Sorry Louie! You'r still ok in my book

when listening to this....i still hear the greatness of the MJ original......this is corny horse shit
Wow, this exists! LMAO
Not being a jackson fan, I'd have to say this is a magnificent improvement on the original track.
Great. More of the same. First the Glass/Blondie hash and now this. Bill, everyone loves a good cover. This, however, is childish. Anyone can find silly, sophomoric covers and call it a playlist. Do better and maybe I'll start contributing again.
The original is the only MJ sone I dig. This isn't so bad either.
I find this hilarious.
Is there anything in the Geneva Convention about playing this ?
Moon walk with a Ukelele.

Haha, indeed!

Sounds quite nice though! Just felt happier since it has been very rainy the last few weeks here in Holland, seems like autumn :(

You read my mind. This is good fun, that other cover (about which shall never be spoken again) was ...  ugh!{#Stop}
what's this? Bill seems to be in a crazy mood... {#Bananapiano}
I'm all in favour of quirky cover versions but this one lacks style and detracts from, rather than adds anything to to the original. To hear it done properly try Walk on the Wild Side by Pink Turtle.

Kinda puts me in the mood for some Richard Cheese.

Django unchained.
I can stomach this more than the Blondie/Phillip Glass cover.
As a guitarist and a huge fan of odd covers (I do an awesome solo guitar samba arrangement of Purple Haze) I hafta say, these guys rock.
bizarr,,oh yes !{#Eyes}
Nice segue Bill !!!
OK, I gave this a 6 at first listen, but after a couple more plays, it's down to a 1.  Pretty soon it will rate as low as the original.

WWDD - What would Django do?

haha he lost his already - laugh probably, and play, don't you think?
Nice Gypsy Billy!
Bizarre, indeed, Bill.
every once in a while, bill will go from sublime, low profile to wickedly hilarious in his segues.  this is one of the examples of the second....
django to lost fingers.  you, dude, are a wit.
Bill,
Are you getting kickbacks from the band for playing this? That is the only way I can rationalize you playing such a poorly rated song!
{#Naughty}
I know we are probably supposed to have a sense of humor about this one, but come on!
7->6

still pretty funny :)
OH, the sound effects are great!!!
I can't stop smiling, I"m getting a cramp in the back of my head!
Cawlice - Tabernak!
WWDD - What would Django do?
There are segues that make you swoon . . . and then there are segues that make you sit up and say, "Whaa ?!?!?"

This is one of those segues.
my ears... they bleed.
Lady Gaga the other day and now this.

No.

Not funny.
This is a considerable improvement on Michael Jackson's original, and takes the piss out of it mightily. Not great, but fun. 6 from the Nottingham jury.
Way better than the original!
Oh, this is funny...{#Lol}
WTF???!!!!
hilarious!!!!!
A good laugh and great guitarists as well.
I try not to make negative comments on this board but this is ghastly.
This song is not great by it's original artist, it certainly didn't need a remake by a terrible artist. And then imitating the original artist's noises as well? Yuk.
no..not ever  never again
Went to their website...it's good for a laugh!!
I love remixes, great song!
Fun!

(And at least it makes more sense when Michael Jackson isn't singing it.)
It doesn't get any worse than this.
I think I'm going to be sick.

No please don't
I feel like I'm at some bad campfire singalong.

Aw come on, Bill —- just play some actual MJ and leave this for The Comedy Channel.
Smells like...
Love it.
Only Shinehead's version is better - I think...

Hey these guys are playing on Halloween in Cobalt ON!  Cool remake!
Reminds me of "Flight of the Conchords"....... except not good.
i like it!!
i always thought he was saying "the chair is not my size". nice to hear what it really is, now.
those wacky Canadians...
How could you not like it?  If a cover like this makes me re-appreciate a song I've heard so mind-numbingly times as Billy Jean, especially in such a different musical context, then I consider it a hands-down winner.
Huh.
Wore my rope belt and brought my washboard to work today. Great timing.{#Bananajam}
Bill? Please make it stop. Thank you.
Hilarious!
Uhhh Yeah... Uhhh no.

But thanks for playing and remember to tip your servers and bartenders.

Funny.  But not too often Bill.

"Be careful what you do."

Do you think they recorded it in one take, too?

Wow, this is so horrible it might actually be good.

Based on the two-hump distribution, looks like you either love or hate this one.  So far I like it, but I'm in agreement with others: I think this will get old quick.

Love that guitar though...

OK.  I almost never post something like this, but . . .

Are you Kidding???
ha! another quirky cover...sure, it's not for everyone - but that's the point :D
"Lost fingers?!"  What a darkly funny transition from Django.

Covers of really familiar songs are always such a hoot.  This gets a 10 because I know the words and can sing along!
NO!!!!
OKay, it's funny, and a bit shocking to be working and suddenly realize what you're hearing.  The playing is actually good, and it did put a smile on my face.  Happy I heard it, but I'm thinking the novelty will wear off pretty quick, and the tongue in cheek aspect will leave it as something I don't really care if I hear again or not.
When I first heard this I thought I was hallucinating - but check out their website! Reminds ya of Leon Redbone, and it's pure fun.
https://thelostfingers.com/en, then click on Albums to hear samples. Hilarious.{#Bananapiano}
for real?  I think someone has a good sense of humor!  This is a tragedy!

at least they tried something different and creative, and the genre they chose is great.

Next up is some Les Paul (RIP), who was reduced to using two fingers given his crippling arthritis.

Add 1 part MJ, 1 part moonshine, stir gently.

At least it's not as bad as the original. A solid 6.
This is awful.
I love a new take on a song, especially with a new/different flavor.  This treatment suits the song quite well.  Kudos!!
I'm not sure that this was necessary, except on a pure amusement basis.
Ha!{#Biggrin}
I can just see the sidewalk lighting up!  Solid 7.
I often like a quirky cover, but this is a for me.
BWAAA HAAA HAAA HAAA!!!!
I get it!  Funny Bill! {#Dance}
I love how all the variations of this song are so listenable.
