If only it were that simple, HC. I'm very concerned for my species and all the stuff I see. For example, people speak very highly of love, but what I see is arrogance and selfishness. The words come easy, but the deeds are next to impossible. Fear is far easier than love and fear is, more likely than not, to wind up as hate. So I try to love and care for people... but I wind up fearing them.

There are also several other titles by Seligman that deal with happiness and overcoming learned helplessness. Someone recommended that I read this, and I was quite optimistic when I went out and got the book.

Now I am looking forward to actually reading it some day.
