I've observed that, with the addition of up and down voting on song comments, it's no longer likely that a few prolifically negative posters can dominate an artist's comment page. I think a little thoughtful dissent is a good thing, in theory. In practice though a few trolls and belligerent commenters could overpower the comments in a way that did not reflect the consensus on an artist.
This new way isn't perfect either, but it's an improvement.
And Bat for Lashes (Natasha Khan) is a talented and thought-provoking artist, bravo to her.

No, Bill generally doesn't play tunes based on the album covers. I think it's more likely that he likes the work from this artist (since there are several tunes from both of her albums on the playlist) and it's unlikely that he selects artists and songs to play by "mistake". Just because you fail to find any "redeeming features" in a song doesn't mean other people do not, or that the person playing that song has made a "mistake". I saw her open for Depeche Mode (twice:). She's an amazing performer.
On the fence with this song, but man, that was a seamless transition from Gotye.

Not familiar with this artist. Rather refreshing, as so often female vocalists nowadays sound so feeble, like they're on their deathbed. Maybe it's just me. Here in the chorus, we know she's alive.
