Babe, oh dream about me
Lie on the phone to me
Tell me no truth if it is bad
There's enough in my life to make me so sad
Just dream about colour fills our lives
Just dream about someone else tonight

And babe, oh dream about me
On the phone talking quietly
I wanna be yours, oh won't you be mine
Against red skies for all time
Just dream about us when we're old
Just dream about how I will let go

Hey, hey!
Hey, hey!

Babe, oh dream about me
Come on, lie on the phone to me
Oh tell me no truth if it is bad
There's enough in my life to make me so sad
Just dream about colour fills our lives
Just dream about someone else tonight
Just dream about colour fills our song
Just dream about how I will let go

I am almost still awake enough to agree with all the neg comments (esp. against breathy-voiced females) below, so that I can start catching my z's sooner. Where are those toothpicks when I need 'em?
Hey, I LIKE breathy-voiced female vocalists! That is what the genre "electronica" is all about! As for this particular piece - too much of a disco beat for my taste. (I got my fill of that in the 80s!) Nice vocalizations though! LOL

So far, from what I've heard here on RP, this is my favorite cut off this album. Still prefer "Play" and even "18". Think he's running out of ideas....
Moby sounds strangely...good.
He just seems to get more soulless with every effort. Still listenable, I guess.
This is one of those albums you think are crap the first few listens and then it sinks in. Kind of like Kate Bush albums. :flamed.gif:
Two thoughts: Oh Goody - another breathy/less female! Why is the percussion in the foreground?
Xanaduuuuuu! is that Olivia Newton John?! Not outstanding, but Moby is always pleasant -- and versatile background music for anything you find yourself doing.
Better than other Moby I've heard. Except for the sonic clarity, which is excellent, it would be a good 80s track.

Never listened to Moby much at all, but I can see why Eminem rips on him constantly.
