Saw these Guys open for the Cowboy Junkier es at the Beacon Theatre in Manhattan, I highly recommend seeing this band and exploring their catalog.

Before I accidentally came across their "Discount Fireworks" best-of compilation, I hadn't even heard of the band. That was one of the most welcome revelations in recent memory. Great tunes!

Bought the album a while back.  "Give Me Strength", and to a lesser extent, this tune, are really the only highlights, sadly.  It's worth a listen, but very moody and only appropriate for a particular mental state... kinda like most Fiona albums.  The instrumentation is powerful and well mixed, but don't queue it up for dinner parties.

Over the Rhine is a group I would have never discovered but for RP. Really like Ohio and Drunkard's Prayer (listened to it on way to work this morning). I also bought a live disc from their website which is nice. This is ok - doesn't really do all that much for me.
