SO... I had those scans I posted about.... and apparently, they had some stuff in them that neither the radiologist or my doctor liked. Part of that might be the cause of my pain. Ugh.
I am waiting for a nuclear bone scan, and a liver MRI, to be scheduled. You know, insurance has to say okay first.
I fecking HATE MRIs.... I mean really. Full on anxiety...and I can't take anything for it. I just have to deal.
Any spare energetic change headed my way would be appreciated. I am not prepared to give up the fight yet, but I am starting to get a little bit tired.....

I got that inversion table called âInnova ITX9600 Heavy Duty Deluxe Inversion Tableâ a couple of years ago through Wally World for I think $99 free shipment to store. It does help especially with my lower back. It will go from 15° to 90°. I mostly use between 15 to 30° a minute or so at a time and did a max angle of 45° a couple times.
Itâs worth the investment if you can afford it and it does fold up for storage.
I just checked the price and itâs now $120 but there might be some better deals.

I wish I had a slant board or an inversion table... I bet that would help.... Mine's been going on since March.... You might want to get it checked out, just to see what's going on.

Iâm having those same symptoms myself for over a week. Been using my inversion table which alleviates it a bit but I get a little nauseous.
So I should get it checked out then I take it.

Had my bi-annual scans today.... No results yet. Have been having some scary bad pain in my lower back, pelvis, and hips. Like can't stand or walk when it flares up scary.
So... a little juju would be appreciated. Thanks.

One of our mechanics was killed this weekend when he rode his motorcycle into a black cow on a rainy nighttime country road. His passenger survived, barely.
The open range highway he was on has had more than one cow-car fatality.
