My Russian business partner was watching Vlad this morning and suggested that everyone read the transcript, and not listen to the media. He stated several times...he's completely insane. It was a new level, beyond even what he expected having grown up in the USSR. I watched a little, and it's pretty obvious that even those in the room were struggling with the speech.
