OK. This was really weird.
My son and I were body surfing at La Jolla one Saturday. And my wife, my daughter in law and her parents were with us. They usually don't go into the water. So my son and I terrorize out in the water,swimming or catching waves. While the home bodies sit up on the cliffs and watch us.
After one long wave catching session, my son and I came in and were greeted by "fans".
The family that will only get their toes wet, were on the beach along with these Japanese college kids (the "fans").
My son and I looked at each other and didn't know what was going on. I thought they wanted to be nice and take our families picture together. No they were all excited to see some "California beach boys" and wanted our picture with them in it.
My daughter in law didn't want any part of this, so she took the pictures with their camera and my wife's.
My son and I went back out in the water.

Some Japanese fan?, my wife- Debbie,me, my daughter in laws mom- another Debbie, my son- Barrett, another "fan", daughter in laws dad-Bob and another "fan"

I saw it while looking for reference photos, and I kept trying to figure out how that kid in the blue had another little kid balanced on his arm, reaching for the goat...

definitely didn't get enough sleep last night.
