I rode a round trip of 1.88 miles to work today!

Really... I don't need a prize....

but, some ibuprofen might be nice.

It's a loop, so in theory the ascent and descent should be the same, as you end up back at the same place. But these silly computers always miss that by a little bit.  Not sure how they do the calorie calculations. 

The numbers at the bottom of the second graph? You mean the mileage?

I try to stay fit but it's not getting any easier.

Sounds fab, and if you enjoy that sort of thing you also should try cycling in Provence when the lavender is in flower. I know it's going to take a while for your finances but maybe something in your ideas box for the future ( or creep inside BHDs luggage if we can get her to the start of the Camino de Santiago).
