Baked in a dutch oven with slices of sweet onion, a couple leftover bacon strips and some fat, a little butter, garlic salt, sea salt and pepper. And about 1/3 cup chicken broth.

I just use normal cabbage anyway. They don't get kale here very often. Or maybe they always have it. Not like I go looking for kale every week.
