Does the VVaffle House do chicken n' waffles? Fried chicken on a waffle with gravy? and eggs on the side? Like at Lois the Pie Queen?

I don't remember seeing that on the menu. we had eggs, no waffles.

Manbird's Tomaty Shoop

You will need:

• One empty bottle of ketchup

• Some Warm Tap Water

DIRECTIONS

Fill an empty ketchup bottle half way up with warm tap water (if you're power hasn't been cut off)
Shake for 3 minutes and 11 seconds. (Do not over shake or your arm may get tired.)

Serve right in the bottle for convenience! Serves 2 or just one if you grab it and run while
the other person isn't looking.

Enjoy!

I found it by googling and looking through the cached pages

PURE CREAM OF TOMATO SOUP
Cream of tomato soup should be gentle and soothing. This is a perfect example. Adding baking soda to the tomatoes keeps the milk from curdling.

5 tablespoons butter (3)
1/2 cup chopped onion (1c)
4 tablespoons flour (6T)
4 cups milk (3c)
1/2 bay leaf (1whole)
1 1/2 teaspoons sugar (0)
1 1/2 teaspoons salt (1T)
1/2 teaspoon baking soda (1tea)
3 cups tomatoes, chopped (fresh or canned) (6c with strained juice) Melt the butter in a soup pot. Add the onion and cook over medium heat, stirring, until the onion is softened but not browned. Sprinkle the flour over the butter mixture and continue to stir and cook for 1 to 2 minutes. Slowly add the milk, bay leaf, sugar, and salt and continue to cook and stir until slightly thickened. Stir the baking soda into the tomatoes. Add the tomatoes to the milk, and bring just to a simmer. Remove from the heat and put through a strainer. Taste and correct seasonings. Reheat before serving. 7 cups. (8cups)

Note: my adjustments are in parentheses

and (saltine crackers) a must have for me.
