Good to know...because I think a pair of "cheaters" might be in my future—like the next couple of years. Of course, I suppose I could get those anywhere.... They have a store that specializes in Berkenstocks, too. And some cool bookstores and coffee houses and cafes and bistros. I swear, you feel like you're somewhere else. Big-time tourism, because of it. Lots of pretty nature areas in the area, too. I hike there quite a bit.

Rod Serling was from upstate New York (Syracuse & Binghamton areas). I think he went to college near Dayton, and worked in TV in Cincinnati for a while. His production company was named for a county in NY State (Cayuga).

Yep, he was an infant when he moved to Cleveburg from England. His dad owned and operated a hardware store in Cleveland Heights and Hope was here from infancy til he hit the bricks for Vaudeville and beyond. The town claims him as a native.
