You aren't voting for the guy. What else could you be trying to do ?
So what about Kamala's lie about working at McDonalds ? Of all the things in the world to lie about in a presidential campaign, that is a really bad one.
You mean the people that you trust completely and believed everything they told you about Biden's state of well being. That is until the debate shocked you and everyone else about how much you were being lied to by the ones you trusted so implicitly.
So you still trust the ones who have been lying and gaslighting you about everything in regards to all things political ? The list is endless.
You have trusted the wrong people for too long. They control your mind. There is nothing anyone can say to help you understand the statement you refer to.
Your dialog in the mirror is telling. You are ridiculously ironic kurtster.
What exactly is the source you are using to base your conclusions about the remark ? Can you link it ? It would be helpful if you are truly seeking an answer and not just being argumentative.

Rather than trying to hijack the conversation into the realm of "you're being duped" and "I'm sticking with Trump", why don't you talk about JD Vance and his positions on matters like school killings, gun control or even child care costs?
If you're feeling really ambitious, we can head over to the "Trump" or "Project 2025" thread and talk substantively about how Trump's plans to alter the healthcare system in the US pose a real threat to your access to affordable health care. Or other life-and-death matters like that.

I was actually trying to understand where the misunderstanding was in the statement and the press.
In the press ?

You rarely make sense Kurt. You really expect her to have McDonald's on her CV?

Please enlighten me. He was talking about school shootings and the fact that he thinks there needs to be more security at schools, right? And he said it is a fact of life. Was he saying that it is a fact of life that we need more security at schools? If so, why do you think there needs to be more security? Shootings, right? I'm sorry, but I am missing the point of your stance here.
*edit* I am not trying to be argumentative
Asked about the Georgia shooting while speaking at a campaign rally in Phoenix, Arizona, on Thursday evening, Vance said: âI donât like this. I donât like to admit this. I donât like that this is a fact of life. But if you are a psycho and you want to make headlines, you realise that our schools are soft targets.â https://www.theguardian.com/us...
Vance, arguing in favor of more security in schools to prevent shootings while speaking at a rally in Phoenix, said, âI donât like that this is a fact of life . . . but if you are psycho and you want to make headlines, you realize that our schools are soft targets.â https://www.forbes.com/sites/s...
What do you think it is he doesn't like? I think he was referring to shootings.
He didn't say that, SFB. You've a victim, probably a willing one, of bad journalism, and spreading lies and propaganda.

Yeah, so he want's to "harden security" because, oh so sad, having widespread access to weapons means that this is a fact of life*. It is not a fact of life in most of the world.
* Yeah, I agree with him that hardening security is needed in the US, although if you read the accounts of the shooting, they had already done that. The kid couldn't get back into his classroom because the door locks from the inside and a student noticed his gun and didn't let him in. They invoked their shooter protocols but it didn't save everyone. Fact of life. Much more restricted access to guns and ammunition would reduce the shootings. He is just pretending that he would do anything effective that hasn't already been done.
How about couch f*cking ? This being the Vance thread and all ...
It's odd how much intermingling there has been among the candidate threads. I bet even the four of them get pretty confused by it when they log in here.
