I see in the comments that a lot of people arguing that Ionic is a proper noun. Well Iona.

I started with YEAST - so S, T , and Y were eliminated, but then I tried CONIC on the third guess because it seemed like one of those 'trick' words they like to throw in there.
When I see IONIC I think of the scientific term (i.e. ionic charge) before I think of the geographic/architectural term, for some reason.
