Biden stopped DNA testing of minors arriving with adults to establish if there was a genuine parent/child relationship.
So someone arrives with a kid and says the child is his daughter, there is no attempt made to verify this.

Manchin is not ruling out a third party or independent run for President. Takeaway: He cannot win reelection to Senate in his home state but believes it possible he could be elected President!
I think Manchin believes he can pull votes away from Biden, and that if he wins, Trump will give him a job...which he apparently is going to need.
