I've said several times over the last couple years they need to rename the show "31/4 Men" the kid is so big.

Luckily Kutcher is not playing "Kelso" in this one - something I was afraid of.

We do that too.

We were pleasantly surprised at 2-1/2 last night. Didn't think they could pull it off. That is the second show this year that pulled the ashes joke (Rescue Me did it in their final show). Shades of Big Lebowski

I have no reasonable explanation but if I am surfing the TV and 21/2 Men is on I will watch it even if it is an episode I have seen so many times I can do the dialogue. {#Lol}

New Girl was good enough that I'll watch it again but it may not hold up.

I am now at the mercy of what I can get from Hulu and some of the networks own websites to watch tv now. Only get 1 OTA station with wabbit ears. If I want to get more I need a decent size outdoor antenna with a rotor which is not happening anytime soon. Instead I am enjoying not spending $70/month anymore on Directv.

I'm going to check out New Girl and I was hoping to be able to watch Up All Night but I already watch/record 2 things at that time. I may also check out American Horror Story.

The Walking Dead is playing On Demand right now so I'm going to watch the first season before the next season starts in October. I know a lot of people who love the show.

Can't wait for the return of Law and Order:  Special Victims Unit tomorrow night but I'm also bummed that Christopher Meloni isn't going to be on anymore. I absolutely love him.

Since Entourage is over for good and True Blood and Weeds just ended their season, I'm going to cancel HBO & Showtime to save some money. I'm going to have to find another way to watch Dexter when it returns.

"The Playboy Club" and "Pan Am".

I think they're both trying to capitalize on the period success of "Mad Men".  Sometimes this works, sometimes not.

I'm particularly interested in "The Playboy Club" since my family moved to the Chicago area just before the then-and-now Palmolive Building (with its original, attention grabbing searchlight) was bought by Playboy.  I couldn't really care less about the rest, but if they can pull off a convincing Chicago skyline with the Prudential building as the tallest, and that beacon, I want to see it!

"Pan Am" no doubt will end up being a titillating sex romp based on the stereotypes of early jet crews' lifestyles.  But if they can recreate that feeling of what it was like to have to dress up in your Sunday best to board a B707/720/727, the "can't do enough" level of service and the seat cards that taught me my first Spanish word: "occupado", that should be a kick.
