out of all the sentient life forms that i've experienced, dogs are way up on my list uncomplicated and they get the basics of relationships usually initiate and reciprocate the good stuff i love them
so very much Someday I meet a new companion and continue the journey...
I don't know but I kicked him a 5 and hoped he would never give up...

"I don't believe in dogs but they believe in me". That's what the dude said that day. You see, I was driving home from Colorado to North Carolina on I40 through the mountains there and stopped to get gas and let Shiloh stretch a few minutes and it was raining and this dude was camping under a bridge there and that's what he said. Shiloh just looked at him like he was channeling a biscuit...
I wonder why he didn't believe in dogs.

I didn't see it rain - for a true weathering test. I also watched it with the sound off so maybe he said something about weatherproofing.
But it's a cool hobbity hole. Since I was a kid I always wanted to live in a little hideaway. Where I grew up, we had this giant hallway closet
and my dad promised to make it into a little tiny bedroom for me to hideaway in. He said he would build in a couple aquariums into the
doors or walls so it would look like I was underwater. He never did, of course.
Maybe he would have if you hadn't taken off to Hogwarts
