Not really "New" exactly but caught the premiere episode of the modernized "Sherlock" on Masterpiece Mystery (the episode was called "A Study in Pink").

I was prepared to be disappointed or underwhelmed with the idea of setting Holmes in the 21st century, but it was a well done and enjoyable show.  I look forward to the next one.

Not new, but waiting for the new seasons.
'The Killing' is soon to begin Season 2. Must-see for investigative who-did-it lovers. Get the first season ... NOW.
'Justified' also soon to roll for a new season (4th). Southern marshall justice stuff. Weird mix of funny and edge-of-your-seat. Another must-see, but start from the beginning.
'Game of Thrones'. Woa. Caught the opening season last summer. Wild. See it from the beginning.
'Homeland'. Wowser. They're driving me nuts with wonderings. I'm hooked.
'Mad Men', 'Curb ...', 'Damages' - they go without saying much. Terrific stuff.
You can see that I don't bother with network slop.

/M.

I agree, she is a hoot...Liked the interplay with her family about her cooking for the dog but not them.

The clips I saw on Nightline were phenomenal. I don't have cable so I'll have to wait for the DVD release. I'd like to know how they did the snowflake time-lapse.

Frozen Planet premiers on the Discovery Channel.

From the clips I have seen it should be good.

We subscribed to HBO today, just so we could watch Game Change tomorrow night!

I am so excited to have HBO back again, especially for the soft core porn.

you'd probably like it. if you like christini ricci, at least. she's not THE main character, but one of them. i think it's pretty well done. i saw that they cancelled the playboy club. which wasn't that good, really.
