Yahoo's fantasy menu isn't intuitive. Ideally, making your pick would be under the option "My Picks and Groups" so that you could quickly find it five and a half minutes before the first game of the week when you suddenly remember that you forgot to do so. But, yeah, your option to pick is reached from the Home tab, as BillJ posted.
Thanks commish. I forgot about that. I take back any insinuation that you would cheat...shnerk

Thanks, Bill. My only correction is that the object is to be the last one standing, as opposed to the last one eliminated. ;)
In addition, I set our league to go through the playoffs (because I'm optimistic that at least two players will make it that far.) In groups that pick through the playoffs, team restrictions will be reset at the start of the playoffs, and you will again be able to pick each team once.
I stand corrected. Also, I meant to say that you make or change your pick before the start of that week's first game...

In order to accomplish this goal, you must correctly pick the winner of one professional football game each week (point spreads are irrelevant). If you pick a team that loses or ties, you're eliminated.
You can only pick each professional football team once during the regular season.
You have to make your pick before the start of that week's first game (beware of those Thursday night games, if you make it that far).

Not necessarily. What I have learned is that it's not worth over-strategizing. The key is to get to the next week and sometimes that means being lucky. Don't worry too much about "later in the season". That's my take, anyway.
edit - Example: In the groups that had started playing last week, a lot of people were eliminated by picking SD over KC.
Got it. So the idea being that you want to leave the teams that are probably going to win later in the season out of your initial picks... or something like that.

But can I get reminder on how this works? I didn't participate in this last year.
The basics:
The object is to be the last one eliminated.
In order to accomplish this goal, you must correctly pick the winner of one professional football game each week (point spreads are irrelevant). If you pick a team that loses or ties, you're eliminated.
You can only pick each professional football team once during the regular season.

Go to the "Home" tab at the top of the page. There you should see a link to "Make Your Pick". You can make or change your pick anytime before the deadline.
