Heard it knocked Ozzieland really hard last Summer. Scared me enough to get the jab. Sleep is amazing medicine — sending healing vibes.

Ooooh.....sorry.  Feel better soon!  I'm knocking on wood.  So many people I know have it.  I've been lucky.  No covid or flu of any kind.  I'm like you...rarely get sick but when I do.....bleh.

Actually pretty good, but spare a thought for my right eye.  A week ago I was biking home after a funeral going fast downhill on a forestry lane when a bumblebee land splat right in the corner of my eye and lodged itself there while I violently braked and finally managed to dislodge it but not before it stung me right in the corner of my eye, making one half of my face look like a creature in Avatar. I just got back to looking normal again and now a mosquito has stung me just under my lower lid. Bastid. Now I look like something in Rocky. But we have a newt in our new pond already!  That'll teach those squiggly little protobastids.
And I bought protective glasses with bumblebee bottom slip function to wear while riding home from funerals.

Holy Moley!
Here I thought I was the only one around here who lives on the edge.
