Made a new recipe over vacation. Tahini noodles. Pretty good, though labor intensive. Lots of veggies to cut up. Definitely glad I halved the amount of pasta!

I never "clean" my grills.
I get them nice and hot... glowing just red enough. Hit them with a wire brush. Dead microbes everywhere!

I filled up on crepes and fresh, organic strawberries with whipped cream around four so I'm not hungry but thanks for asking. Maybe later I'll fry up the leftover half of a can of corned beef. Nice and crispy like.

Got a half leg of lamb with lemon potatoes, rice pilaf, Greek salad and spanakopita!
Yes it’s Greek Orthodox Easter a whole month from traditional Easter. So I got two great meals in a months time.
No wonder I’m gaining so much weight.
