I'll definitely move forward no matter what, but I'd like to round out another group if I can since I promised everyone they would ony have to send out 4 cd's.  I'm thinking the send-out date should be the middle of each month so that we steer clear of major holidays.  That means we've got time to recruit someone. Couldn't you just combine all these folks and split them into 2 groups? I mean, I realize that means one extra person in one of the groups, but that shouldn't be a problem, should it? Or you could keep one of the people from the "unofficial pod" in your "real" pod since you already went to the trouble of sending them your mix for this month.
