A general indicator for how they might treat others who they are supposed to care for (that's the general idea behind public service, not the access to insider stock tips).

He then LIED to investigators that he didn't have a secret Twitter account. But he got caught and his plea deal may be sunk.

I think you're trying to claim that the Bidens can't use Smirnov's indictment to argue that "fruits of a poisonous tree" fatally taints all other and further investigation into their activities.
