So let's see who is really in the club. Let's burn it all down (as Kurt likes to say), and see who is really dependent on the state for support. Let's see how the small government types do with a broken government.
I hope Newsome and a few others can really find a way to protect his domain from the Feds, but I'm not confident. It would be nice to have a control group. We've been on this path for a long time (maybe always?). Let's stop playing at the margins and really get it out in the open. You want a broken union, well okay. Let's just hope that the other side manages to protect a few that need it. And in a couple years we can see if anyone is interested in a correction if it's still possible.

It might be more entertaining if Musk didn't happen to run a satellite communications company and another with rockets... both incubated and supported by the US and its taxpayers... while having a direct line to Putin and other world leaders.
