The Stooges "TV Eye" and some other stuff, live in Cinncinnati, 1970. Some of Ron Asheton's most brutal riffs. And, of course, Iggy.
Be patient. The interview and voice-over guy is hilarious. "That's peanut butter!" he remarks incredulously as Iggy smears it on himself and throws some into the audience. Video quality is poor, but this is history, damn it.

There's colors on the street Red, white and blue People shufflin' their feet People sleepin' in their shoes But there's a warnin' sign on the road ahead There's a lot of people sayin' we'd be better off dead Don't feel like Satan, but I am to them So I try to forget it, any way I can .
...TURN IT UP!!...

Last Exit live, "Destination Out" on German television, 1988. Sonny Sharrock, (Les Paul lead guitar), Bill Laswell (bass, guitar), Peter Brotzmann (tenor sax), Ronald Shannon Jackson (drums).
Video quality a little wonky, but the performance is so intense I had to be scraped up off the floor by a committee of concerned cats. Amazing stuff.
(edit:) Tried fixing the embed, but it won't take.
Here's the freakin'
video link .

One of my favorites has always been the live version of "White Punks on Dope" by the Tubes.

Well Hell's Bells, I do agree.

Dionysius wants me to pass along that, as an authority on songs that rock, he proclaims that this song qualifies, so no apologies are necessary. So it is written, so it shall be done.
