Anyway, I would recommend to contact your local drug dealer at once or your local travel agent - or both, immediately.
What in the f are you yapping about? Don't be an insultive wanker.

superfido wrote:Hey, that's funny you mention that. I am a american living in sweden. I work with a scott and an australian, (as well as a bunch of swedes and another american) anyway, I just had an "argument" with the scottish lady about what a rutabaga is and what a turnip is. It seems the brittish have no real sense about these things. That's funny because my dictionary says rutabagas are called swedes because someone brought some to Scotland from Sweden and the Scots were stumped for a name I guess. edit: ignore that.

Well, I don't advertise my Americanism exactly, but my dialect when speaking Swedish gives it away immediately anyway. But I just tell people, when they do confront me (which is rare) about American foriegn policy, that it is not I who makes the decisions about what happens with the nation. If I did it would be a different nation indeed. What can anyone do? However, Swedes are generally pretty USA positive in any event so it's not really an issue.

That's pretty much what the Scottish lady from Glascow said. Hmm. However, I reminded her that it was the French that wrote the English language for the first time after the Norman conquest, and that it was we, the Americans who had perfected the English language to the wonderful state that it was in today. She was not especially impressed with my reasoning and if there had been an "annoying things" topic here on RP she would have undoubtedly posted that I was an annoying american twat, but alas, the forum existed naught and thus, the post was never made.
In any event, spelling??? please. Who wants a U in Color anyway?
Don't mess with a Glaswegian and never go out drinking with one. Yes no kidding. Not to be made mad. And their allegiance to the Rangers or Celtic can only be called obsessive. They make shrines. Odd.
