Hey y'all, here are a few of the items I made for Christmas. Proud to say that 90% of my gifts were handmade this year. I didn't photograph all of the gifts I made OR the mandala packaging I put together (drats), but here is a sampling of some of what was special made for a few friends. hobbitt's hat - a two-toned green hat BHD's lovely shawl/scarf - a gradual color change from dark to light green OCDHG's hat - a three color combo and a pattern that accentuates them. Talala's scarf Made from two beautiful hand spun, hand-dyed yarns. Donna's lap blanket - a beautiful chunky throw using colors in her living room.
Various stocking ornaments - included in some of the many mailed gifts this year. Chocolate Cherry Pecan Cookies - Just some of the baked goods shipped to far away places. And even though they're not actual shots of the packaging, here are the holiday mandalas I personally designed for some of the packaging (because bows don't travel well).
There are more photos, click on any image to go to my flickr page to see the rest. X-posted on my blog + facebook Very nice work!
