That right there is the key. Several snacks all day to keep your metabolism going like a steam engine. Celery sticks, apple wedges, pretzels, squares of cheese....it's all about little snacks versus big meals. And for me—-somehow, exercising in the morning REALLY works better than any other time of day. I am eagerly awaiting the return of morning daylight so I can run BEFORE work.

I have absolutely no advise to offer. Never take weight control advise from a fat guy anyway, but really, no idea. Power lifters and body builders are the same way. They eat five or six times a day and pound down the protein and greens. Some carbs, but mostly protein.
