Wonderful & permanently in my top 10 movies of all time.
Would such a movie (with NO romantic storyline) ever get made now?

And I saw the start of "A Close Shave" with the sprogs before I came to work tonight which reminded me of how incredible their stop-motion animation is.

And if you haven't seen The Curse Of The Wererabbit then you have really missed out.

We are rabid Aardman fans.
We have also been known to watch paint dry, but Aardman rocks.

Watched "Cowboys and Aliens lst night. Really enjoyed it too. Prob not a movie for everyone, but I love sci fi and stuff like that.Kind of a different story line.Cowboys tangling with space dudes. six shooters and horses vs.ugly aliens and very manuverable super fast spacecraft. 1 question tho. It seems that in every movie about aliens, they are always depicted as super ugly dudes and all they want to do is killl   t he hell out of every handsome-pretty Earth dude-dudette. Makes ya go  hmmmmm. Fun movie tho.

Oh I know who made the movie. This side of the pond, Pixar is considered, by many, to be the kings of modern animated movies. I think this movie rivals anything they have made. Kudos to Aardman!

Maybe not the best movie ever but if you are looking for a very good Christmas movie to go to this year this one is it:

Arthur Christmas

In my opinion this movie is as good as anything that Pixar  Aardman "Wallace And Gromit" Animation has made. Terrific animation and a good story (funny and heartwarming) I took my girls to see it and we all enjoyed it. And I'm not a big Christmas movie fan. Highly recommended!

A group of animals-four bears, a lion, a raccoon, a rabbit and an elephant-are sailing aboard a ship made of clouds. On its sails are a star and the film's title logo; two young bears, one pink and one blue, are swinging upon ropes attached to them. Above, an eagle swoops above the menagerie; a green face within a book, and several of the film's scenes (in different tints), dominate the lower portion of the artwork.
