Went to Dr’s appointment this morning. My A1C is still a little high. Got medium rotator cuff pain in my right shoulder .  Then I got to get an x-ray on my right hip. Wish they could do an x-ray on my left knee.

The forgot  today is a holiday so the banks are closed and so is the courthouse, and that kills my errands for today.
