Well I guess that you hadn't noticed the dem's most recent attempt to refill the swamp that Trump has been draining. Been going on for a few weeks now. Funny that no one here has noticed. Of course the cover is incompetence as usual ... but the dem's do nothing by accident as we all know by now.

So apparently Bessent (through Cantor Fitzgerald) bought up contracts on tariff refunds last year for cheap (10-20 cents/dollar), now with the tariffs ruled illegal, the government will use your tax dollars to pay back Bessant with a nice profit on top of it all.
