he's not really in charge of anything anymore, but he DOES need to finish the freakin job he's already been highly overpaid for!!! he will correct the lease, he will have the tenant sign the corrected lease, and he will give me and the tenant a copy, and he will get a key to my brother. period. or we won't leave his boss alone.

once i get the document in my hand, and my family has a key, he's NEVER, EVER going to be hired by me, or anyone in my family, or any of my chicago area friends. i have already sent a blanket email to all of my friends and associates back home advising them against doing any business with the realtor or his company.
