Profound thoughts to begin the day with. Haven't been able to think in terms of post cancer, however. You get it, you fight it, yet it never leaves you. It hangs around in my mind, sometimes up front and center and sometimes in the back, pushed there by the day's tasks or dilemmas. But it's always there. It's just as much a part of you as that scar on your arm or wort on your hand.
Everytime you fill out a form, have a test or a maintenance treatment, it breathes. It comes back into the forefront of your mind and directly affects your thoughts and actions. It becomes a new shadow. Shadows disappear in the dark, yet the dark is a lonely, scary, forbidding place to exist. The good news is that shadows only exist in the light. As long as you stay in that light, moving forward, you keep hope alive.
In the light, your shadow becomes a reminder, a metaphor for what is behind you, with the light ahead as a reminder that there are still things to do and be. Regarless of health, wealth, age, class or station in life, no one knows how many new days lie ahead. You can be taken out by a bus or a lightning strike, just like that. So stay in the light, embrace each sunrise and resulting new day, regardless of how things went the day before. And don't be afraid of what lies ahead, just be glad that you are there to receive it. May one never have to suffer anything to arrive at this outlook on life.
Words of wisdom from somebody who knows what he is talking about here...

Recaldent, the trademark applied to CPP-ACP technology when used in the oral health care sector, is only found in Trident WhiteTM and Trident For KidsTM. The University of Melbourne School of Dental Science has researched Recaldent actively since the early 1980s, and in a previous study, a Recaldent solution used twice daily produced a 51% reduction in enamel mineral loss caused by frequent sugar solution exposure.
"Sugar-free gum is an excellent way to promote enamel remineralization," noted Vincent. "Patients who chew gum or would like to chew gum should chew sugar-free gum containing CPP-ACP (Recaldent)." She gave me a special toothpaste (MI Paste, if you must know) with Recaldent in it. I don't use it all the time. She also suggested a fluoride rinse. And she's totally married and you may not wash her feet.

So, you're pretty sure you are not deficient in Vitamin D? Why? You should get a diagnosis... maybe go with some ergocalciferol... not that I have anything to do with the medical field...
