I quit smoking last night, so today my thoughts run like,

"Do I want a smoke?"
"No."
"Yes I do."
"That was yesterday."

I'm on Chantix, nicotine patches, and I have lozenges as a backup.  I'm serious about it this time. But damn, do I want one.

It's hell when the worst thing you have to do in a day are get up out of a chair, and walk down a flight of stairs.  Stupid knees. Up is no problem.  Go figure.
