When I was a kid I used to tie a thread around a Junebugs hind leg and fly it like a Junebug with a thread tied around it's leg...
I mean, I did that a few times...several even. I used to keep lightening bugs in a jar too...that's just how we did stuff in those days...
The next day they were tired of eating bread and grass so I would dump them out and catch them later...
