Yeah- we make caulflower cheese fairly regularly.  It's not exactly the healthiest thing on the planet though!

If the pureed that I made today doesn't turn out well, I'll make this one tomorrow.  I'm definitely going to make it eventually, though.

The only way I like cauliflower is steamed with a little pepper mixed with other veggies like steamed broccoli...

Me too. Try this some time; 

Marinate Salmon in a mixture of soy sauce, honey, and Jack Daniels. Grill to perfection.
Serve with salsa made of pineapple,white onion, kiwi, and cilantro; and white rice.
