The first two Steven Wilson solo albums were good but uneven.   Since The Raven that Refused to Sing, Steven Wilson has in my opinion consistently knocked it out of the park.  The modern techno-ambient influences are terrific.

I listen to Steven Wilson often when not listening to RP so RP can play zero Steven Wilson for all I care.   I want BillG to introduce me to stuff I have never heard before including lots of stuff that I will not end up liking.  

I submitted Personal Shopper — the one with the Elton John voice over — and it was rejected.  

At the time I thought it was the catchiest tune of what I had heard so far from the album.   No matter.  I pre-ordered the CD.

What has happened to Steven Wilson on RP? I discovered his music on this site during the Porcupine Tree years, and became a hard core fan,  but his newer material doesnt seem to be picked up here anymore.
