I would try the london meetup but its mond/tue and I have no more days left holiday.

MAybe what we need is to organise a couple of these over a period of a year, the London one looks a good start, then a spanish one for early next year, anywhere the main airports in the UK fly to would help attract more people, like Barcelona, Murcia etc..

then a summer meet up maybe Edinburgh ?

and next Autumn in Europe centrally somewhere perhaps like Prague or the like.

A small meet up at hobie joes one weeekend before xmas might be a good idea if I can get Pete to come we could make it a small vision thing gig we could do a few of the numbers acousicly i'm sure.

I think that before you finalize anything you should have a community fundraiser to pay for my airfare so that I can join you.  After all, I just spent three weeks in Europe - doesn't that somehow qualify me?

OK this is slowly gaining momentum. We're looking at Monday or Tuesday 27/28 October. Andy and I are flexible so you others tell us what suits you best.

We're up to five already and trying to multiply (kind of forgotten how that works) ..  I was thinking (because of the kids) maybe a boat ride on the Thames or something and then an early evening meal together but totally open to any suggestions.
